My name is Pierpaolo Scala, the founder of Imperial Car Service. We specialise in providing excursions and private chauffeur across all regions of Italy.
We are a family run business located on the Amalfi and Sorrento coast. We have a genuine passion for meeting new people and sharing with them the beauty of our country.
I first started working with my father business for many years and I am now following in his footsteps. We are proud of the land where we live and we want to share our knowledge and passion with our customers to ensure you have the very best italian experience.
Our fleet of vehicles includes luxury Mercedes sedans and vans which can seat up to 8 people. We are available for group bookings from 8 to 53, perfect for large groups or weddings.
My brother Vincenzo and I speak very good English and we would be very happy to guide you through the many historical sites, villages, and all through the eyes of an expert local driver.

Two of my co-workers had already used Imperial Car Service and I see why they raved about this service! They are all top notch customer-focused people. The owner, Michele, provides excellent recommendations on how to plan a great day and allows ample time in the plan to enjoy the sights or restaurants. He will even coordinate tour guides or make dinner reservations. And the drivers are a JOY to ride with.
Safe and professional driving (a LOT to expect in Italy!!) and friendly, fun conversation as you go. Both Paolo and Vincenzo drove us on our trip, and they are two new friends now! These guys are consummate professionals, but add a Napolitano flavor to the day that made it SO fun! We used them for 3 different trips during the week and it was relaxing to know they would be there, on time, to take care of us since this was our first trip to Italy. We will use them every time!
Friends in Westchester, NY highly recommended Paolo to us and he did not disappoint :) We went somewhere different every day with Paulo (Mon-Thurs) including a very early morning ride to Naples airport Friday. Paolo is very warm and friendly, so knowledgeable and has great recommendations. He really puts his all into his clients and personalizes the experiences...that’s huge! Highlights include: Vesuvius, Amalfi Coast drive (of course), lunch in Ravello with an amazing view, shopping in Sorrento & Positano, and listening to Paolo talk about the history, the countryside and his family. Definitely ask for Paolo!!
